Corporate Department organizes the Private Shareholding Companies as well as Branches of Foreign Companies wishing to work or open Representation Offices in UAE, in addition to publishing the official documents of individual’s companies ( Limited Liability, Solidarity, Limited Partnership) in the Commercial Companies Bulletin, in addition to controlling their of performance in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 8/1984 on Commercial Companies, and in coordination with the concerned authorities in the UAE.

The Department aims at contributing to the upgrading, support and stability of the UAE’s economic performance level through the development of a number of laws, decrees, standards and controls, side by side with the application of world’s best practices that lead to the creation of attractive investment climate for companies and enhance competitiveness.  Further, these measures target the provision of accurate statistical data on companies performance and sizes for researchers and decision makers by publishing periodic reports on these issues.
 
It is evident that Corporate Management are interested in investigating the different economic phenomena affecting corporate performance and developing appropriate solutions.
